The hours are Monday thru Friday 9-6pm most weeks.

-Assisting surgeons during consultations -Guiding patients through the process of scheduling surgical procedures -Assisting with patient pre operative preparations and visits -Preparing/managing electronic medical records -Managing follow process for interested patients -Helping to create an atmosphere that ensures the highest quality experience for patients -Other administrative/accounting duties Skills/Experience Required -SPA, MEDICAL OFFICE, OR SKINCARE PRODUCTS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -Excellent communication and phone skills are critical -Sales training/experience -Strong computer skills -High level of professionalism- including attire and appearance -Ability to multi-task and prioritize -Ability to think critically and adapt to a fast paced environment -Good organization and time management skills -High level of attention to detail -Pro-active attitude towards completing tasks -Willing to pitch in and work as a team Excellent Benefit package include:
