We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter who is willing to take charge and requires minimal supervision.
We are looking for a customer service-oriented administrator to serve the agents and clients at the highest level.
We are a tech driven company and must be able to embrace and understand the tech tools provided.
Have the ability to create additional services for our agents, build out new programs, conduct training and hold career seminars for new agents.
Ideal Candidate:
You have administrative experience.
Real Estate industry preferred but NOT required.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Create a positive work environment for those around you with an energetic personality.
You can work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary.
Areas of Focus:
Oversee and Implement Social Media & Marketing Assist and guide agents in the first 90 days with our office Assist and provide support to the leadership team Manage day to day front office operations Answers phone and manage email Develop and manage systems, checklists and procedures Software proficiency such as Canva, Google Docs, Google Calendar,Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and ability to learn industry programs.
