Responsibilities:
Processes sales orders from Customer purchase orders by completing order entry into an online system, and ensures that contract review is completed appropriately.
Communicating with customers and manufacturers about delivery times.
Answer and respond to a high volume of emails.
Assisting purchasing and production team with various tasks.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
File job folders and pull job folders to post commissions.
Provide support to all departments and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1 year of related experience Skills and Abilities of the ideal candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills needed.
Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word are a must.
Service orientated.
Critical thinking & active listening.
Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Must be reliable and punctual.
