The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling photos for properties, providing customer service, handling contract sending through DocuSign, compiling KPIs and reports, and participating in a variety of other key administrative duties.
This role plays an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate with photographers to schedule photo sessions for properties.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare, send, and track contracts through DocuSign to facilitate swift and secure document handling.
Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly and monthly reports for the management team.
Monitor, manage, and prioritize daily incoming emails.
Participate and contribute to office meetings as required.
Create engaging marketing flyers as part of our promotional efforts.
Assist in the development and execution of email and SMS campaigns to engage clients and promote our services.
Produce compelling content for our company's Facebook posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by the team to support the smooth running of the office.
