The Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional customer service.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for stocking and arranging merchandise, processing purchases and inputting inventory.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice on how to use the product.
Secure the products for sale according to company regulations.
Train customers about how to use the company's products and services.
Handle customer complaints.
Handle customer returns/exchanges of product.
Greet customers who come in to shop.
Prepare cash register tape at the end of a shift.
