Shift hours a.
Typically 11am-7pm so the store manager has crossover with all staff members in all time periods of the day.
This can/will vary based on business levels/needs.

Duties include but not limited to:
a.
Training, scheduling and supervising the crew members b.
Inventory management including ordering supplies & tracking inventory levels c.
Tracking daily sales & cost d.
Customer service- to the Chip standard! e.
Preparing and serving cookies properly f.
Cleaning g.
Lifting up to 40 lbs h.
Helping with any/all task needed in the store5.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Management experience 2 years required Previous manager on duty experience preferred in the food industry Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers Strong Customer service skills Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable Basic experience with Microsoft suite Duties & Responsibilities Supervise shifts for bakers and delivery drivers Create and manage employee schedules Train bakers and delivery drivers Ensure team members are working efficiently and up to Chip standards Ensure amazing customer service Manage store cleanliness and organization
