We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven full-time Marketing Specialist with the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment to join our Marketing team.

Qualifications:
Previous marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and digital marketing tools Expert on social media platforms In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E-Verify system.
Essential Duties, include but not limited to:
Provide support to the marketing team, including data entry, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to provide insights that support marketing strategies and to assist in maintaining social media content.
Creation of marketing content, including website posts, social media updates, email campaigns and tracking performance.
Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of the company products and services.
Ensure the website and all marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing team or agencies to align campaigns as well as seasonal campaign strategies and achieve overall marketing objectives.
Coordination of promotional events and campaigns Other duties as assigned Compensation is based on various factors related to federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, and considers work experience and skills ability.
