This is a full-time exempt position that is based on-site at the corporate headquarters in San Clemente, California.
Compensation is based on various factors related to federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, and considers work experience and skills ability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar or equivalent combination of education, minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or a related field.
Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.
Expert on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, IG and Tik Tok) and with ability to create quality content.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and digital marketing tools Essential Duties, include but not limited to:
Creating and curating content, analyzing engagement data, and engage with followers.
Create and run social media campaigns while staying updated with social media trends and technologies Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.
Collaborate with marketing team or agencies to align campaigns, seasonal campaign strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
