Responsibilities:
As a Food Runner at Buona Forchetta, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders to guests' tables.
- Carefully inspecting each dish to ensure it meets our quality standards before presenting it to the guests.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a visually appealing environment for our guests.
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to coordinate order readiness and any special requests or modifications.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role is required.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding our high food quality and presentation standards.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
