The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, seating them, and managing the flow of guests in the restaurant.
They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about the menu, and help resolve any customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with to-go orders.
This position is a tipped position.
MUST HAVE 1-year minimum experience.
Experience with OpenTable is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions.
Manage the wait list and seating chart.
Manage reservations, via OpenTable.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders, allergies, and special requests.
Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to any complaints or issues.
Process payments and provide change as needed.
Take and pack to-go orders.
Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation will be competitive based on experience.
