in San Clemente very soon and we are looking for an experienced host/hostess with flexible/open availability to join our team.
A little about the position:
Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our locations and the customer experience begins and ends with you! Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Seats guests and manage the seating chart - taking into account server sections and reservation schedules.
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, etc.
Help team members wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships We are looking for:
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment by effectively juggling multiple tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing reservations and attending to guest inquiries, all while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
Great communicator - Someone who can clearly communicate with guests, providing them with accurate wait times, answering any questions they may have, and accommodating special requests (whenever possible).
Team oriented - Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Assist with bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness and supporting other front-of-house tasks as needed.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

year previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred.
A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
