Responsibilities:

Lead tastings and gather feedback to refine recipes and ensure quality and consistency.
4.
Collaborate with the culinary team to source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
5.
Train and mentor junior pastry chefs in donut production techniques and flavor development.
6.
Oversee the production process to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
7.
Experiment with different cooking techniques and presentation styles to create visually appealing donuts.
8.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote new donut offerings and generate excitement among customers.
9.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in donut recipes and production methods.
Requirements:
1.
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a focus on donut production preferred.
2.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop unique flavor combinations.
3.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
4.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
