Rotate every 5-6 weeks for 1 week Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation:
- $200,000 - 280,000 based on experience- Sign on Bonus

- Regular weekday schedule with one evening shift a week and one Saturday shift every 5-6 weeks- Work collaboratively with mid-level providers, registered nurses, and medical assistants toprovide physical and psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and management of health and illness needs- Direct patient care for all ages and genders,including both acute and chronic care
Qualifications:
- CA License REQUIRED- Experience in community health setting PREFERRED- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
