We are seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join our Golden Spoon family.
As a team member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing and serving our delicious frozen yogurt, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties:
Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, positive experience.
Take customer orders and offer suggestions based on preferences.
Fulfill in-person customer orders, as well as online orders.
Provide information about available flavors, toppings, and special promotions.
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash register and payments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area and dining space.
Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
CA Food Handler's certification is a plus.
