Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure - 10701
This is a must have:
1. Networking technologies (Cisco route and switch, Cisco Nexus NX-OS, Cisco UC IP Telephony, F5, Palo Alto) including network security
2. Virtualization / VMWare (ESX, vCenter, vSpshere)
3. Windows server technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365)
4. Storage networking technologies (NetApp)
5. Data center server hardware (HP blades, Cisco UCS)
Responsibilities:
o Manage infrastructure and service delivery systems, teams, and activities in a global, 24x7 environment
o Provide senior level technical expertise and leadership in the areas of IT architecture, design, support and service delivery
o Analyze IT infrastructure needs; lead design and implementation of new system architectures
o Lead infrastructure-related change management initiatives; ensuring use of industry best practices and compliance with SOX / COSO framework
o Measure and optimize application and infrastructure performance
o Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to meet business requirements
o Responsible for continuous availability of global infrastructure, key applications and core services (including end-user support) in a 24x7 environment
Qualifications:
o Expert level knowledge and understanding of enterprise technology components
o Top notch technical skillset with history of hands-on data center architecture and design experience
o Experience with cloud-based data center architectures and cloud migration (IaaS, SaaS, hybrid cloud, application cloud services, colocation, etc.)
o Advanced proficiency in the following technologies:
o Virtualization (VMWare, ESX, vCenter)
o Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365)
o Unix / Linux (RHEL, OEL, clustering, load balancing)
o Storage Area Networks (Net App)
o Backup / Restore / Disaster Recovery
o Database Systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
o Routing / Switching / IP Telephony (Cisco)
o Tier 1 ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred)
Requirements:
o 10
years progressive hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure - architecture, data center operations, systems administrations, routing / switching, network design, database systems, virtualization, storage area networks, etc.
o 5-7 years progressive experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles (senior architect, manager, director, etc.)
o 3-5 years proven experience leading a team of IT infrastructure / service delivery professionals
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills
o Highly organized, with strong project management skills
o Proven ability to negotiate and work with vendors and consultants
o Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or BusinessEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
