Product Manager

Primary point of contact internally for a various categories within the company portfolio.
Proactively identify, lead and execute tasks to ensure that we are supporting our sales and marketing initiatives, be in front of issues and opportunities and deliver the expected results consistently.
Act as a "Sales and Marketing Champion" in the field and in the building for the various product categories within the company brand offering.
Product Planning
Manage the entire product line life cycle including, but not limited to; strategic planning, tactical activities and end of life.
Specify market requirements for future products by conducting market research supported by discussions and visits with customers, representatives, employees, and non-customers. Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
Deliver PRD's (Product Requirement Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Manage all aspects of beta and pilot programs with early stage products and samples. Document and report findings of beta and pilot testing.
Understand, report, communicate, and manage through status, timelines, challenges and next steps of all projects.
Responsible for reviewing and distributing product data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Work closely with marketing to define, develop and deliver new product collateral and training materials.
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to address any issues that may arise.
Develop direct relationships with a diverse group of customers to interview and assist in gathering market intelligence, competitive product, pricing, etc.
Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
Present updates and product launches at Sales Meetings to field sales team and manufacturer's representatives.
Travel in the field to visit key customers to assist sales team and representatives in selling and presenting.
Assist in key customer visits to give an overview of the company, tour of the Design Center and all facilities, product training sessions as needed and product demonstrations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
